Terms of Conditions of After-Sales Service for Prima Gold and Prima Diamond

Every product item has its own certificate of warranty from the company. Please show each time when using the service or requesting a change of product.

  • The company offers a cleaning, re-plating, washing and fixing service, for the lifetime of each product without charge or service free.
  • The company reserves the right to check the item before offering a product exchange service.
  • In the case of a request to adjust, increase, or decrease the size of a ring, the company allows for the new ring size not to be two scales larger or smaller from the size of the original purchase, based on the relevant model.
  • The warranty covers only damage which has occurred during the manufacturing process, but not damage from improper use, modifications or erosion. The weight of the gold of the item repaired may be altered from that originally specified in the certificate.
